Payments and Refunds:

In addition to PayPal existing funds and transfers, She and I Designs also accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card payments, which are processed through Paypal. Never, at any time, does She and I Designs have access, or try to gain access to, customers financial information.

Due to the digital nature of the designs and sevices offered and sold at She and I Designs, we operate strictly on a NO REFUNDS policy.

Acceptable Usage of Templates, Graphics and Designs:

She and I Designs retains the copyright to all templates, designs and/or services offered or sold at sheandidesigns.com. When you purchase any of the products and/or services offered here you are only purchasing the license to display the material with ALL credit links remaining intact.

Any and all designs, templates and/or graphics may NOT be modified or alterered in any way without prior expressed consent from She and I Designs. All design graphics and images must be used and displayed as delivered to you.

Any and all designs, templates and/or graphics may NOT be resold, redistributed, shared, duplicated, or claimed as your own, in part or as a whole.

Any and all designs, templates and/or graphics may NOT be duplicated in printable form without prior expressed consent from She and I Designs, with the exception of our printable product line.

Any and all designs and templates, including but not limited to, Website, eBay Storefront, Store Header, Auction and About Me Page templates are to only be used for their intended purpose. (i.e. Storefront templates cannot be used for a website, auction templates cannot be used for a storefront, etc.)

She and I Designs is not responsible for any errors caused by changes or modifications being made to any of our designs or templates by the client or any third party. Repairs made by She and I Designs to any such errors will incur charges at a rate of $35 per hour.

Product Display:

All pre-made designs are sold AS-IS with no color change, graphic alternations, etc., outside of what is described. Requested changes will be subject to additional fees.

She and I Designs has made every effort to proof-read and describe as accurately as possible the products and services offered for sale on our Site. Please be aware that typographical errors may occur and we reserve the right to make corrections.

Copyrights and Trademarks:

All text, images, graphics, animation, and other materials on this Site are subject to the copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights of She and I Designs, its affiliated businesses, memberships, and its licensors. She and I Designs owns the copyrights in the selection, coordination and arrangement of the materials on this Site. These materials may not be copied or duplicated.

This Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which She and I Designs does not control.
