In an effort to provide customers a quick and easy resource for answers to many of the questions we receive about our products and services, we have compiled a list of questions we have been most frequently asked. If you do not find the answer to your question here, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy and willing to answer any questions you may have or assist you in any way that we can.What payment methods do you accept? TOP
We accept all major credit cards, existing funds, instant transfers and *echeck payments via PayPal (*notification from PayPal that echeck payment has cleared is required before order can be customized and/or delivered). We do not accept any type of mailed payments. If you prefer to pay directly from you bank account, this can be done via PayPal, where none of your financial information is disclosed to She and I Designs. How soon can I expect my order? TOP
Please visit our Delivery Guidelines page for an estimated order delivery timeframe. Keep in mind that the delivery timeframe does not begin until we have received customization info and login information (if required). Delays in submitting your order form, incomplete order forms or wrong passwords will delay your order. Delivery timeframe is based on a standard Monday - Friday work week. It does not include weekends or holidays. I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund? TOP
Due to the digital nature of the designs and sevices offered and sold at She and I Designs, we operate strictly on a NO REFUNDS policy. A store credit may be issued, and determined on a case by case bases, depending on the circumstances of the request. I prefer to speak with someone. Do you have a telephone number? TOP
Since this is a home based online business, we prefer online communication via email. Email communication allows us to accurately keep track of your communications with us, avoids a possible misunderstanding without documented response, and assures you get the most efficient and helpful answer to your inquiry. I'm in love with one of your designs but need it in a different color. Can the color be changed? TOP
In most cases a designs overall color scheme can be changed. Please submit any color change request via our contact form, making sure to include the design name and desired color scheme. Please note that design color changes do incur an additional fee based on the number of graphics that would require editing. I already have my logo. Can it be added to one of your designs? TOP
Yes. If you already have your own business logo, we can add it to any of our designs to replace the included logo, at no additional charge. Please note that IF any changes to the logo are required, there may be an additional fee for making such changes. Can I get the layered .psd files with my purchased design? TOP
No. Any and all designs, templates and/or graphics may NOT be modified or alterered in any way. All design graphics and images must be used and displayed as delivered to you. Please read our terms of use policy. Can I use my web site template for my eBay store and auctions? TOP
No. Any and all designs and templates, including but not limited to, Website, eBay Storefront, Store Header, Auction and About Me Page templates are to only be used for their intended purpose. (i.e. Storefront templates cannot be used for a website, auction templates cannot be used for a storefront, etc.) Please read our entire terms of use policy. My web host is not listed on your Compatible Host page. Can I still purchase a web site template? TOP
Yes, but installation services will not be included or available with your purchase. In the event you do not use one of the web host or shopping cart/content management systems included in our list of compatible web host, and still choose to purchase one of our website templates, your order will be delivered via zip file that includes the HTML file document and all graphics, and you will be responsible for uploading and installation of the design. (There is no price discount for self installation customers, and these customers are still bound by our entire Terms of Use policy.) Are your templates compatible with ZenCart, OScommerce or Cube Cart? TOP
Yes! Any of our web design templates can be installed into ZenCart, OScommerce or Cube Cart for an additional fee. You would need to purchase the additional installation fee along with the web design template. The ZenCart, OScommerce and Cube Cart installation fees can be purchased HERE. Please Note: Due to the difference in cart files and set-up, designs installed into ZenCart, OScommerce and Cube Cart will vary slightly from the design samples shown on this site. Do you work with ProStores? TOP
No. ProStores uses a unique coding system that we are simply not familiar with.
